Announcement PDF 12 October 2026 ASX RELEASE UPDATE ON CONTRACT FOR NATION-WIDE COUNTER-DRONE DEFENCE On 9 October 2026, Electro Optic Systems Holdings Limited (“EOS” or the “Company”) (ASX:EOS) announced that it had entered into a contract with the government of a Middle Eastern Gulf state (the “Customer”) for the provision of a nation-wide counter-drone defence system valued at £370m (~A$700m). That announcement by EOS did not name the Customer as the Customer had explicitly requested that EOS refrain from naming it due to national security sensitivities. It has come to EOS’ attention that after the ASX market close on 9 October 2026, the United Kingdom Ministry of Defence (“UK MOD”) issued a press release regarding the contract which names the customer as Kuwait.
